Journey Within is a healing space located on the cusp of The Southern Highlands and The Southern Tablelands of NSW. We are honored to offer a safe and welcoming space for personal growth and empowerment through community connection and individual healing.
This space was created to offer a safe container to remind women that they are not alone in their thoughts and feelings. Allowing women to talk without the need to be fixed or pathologised. We are so proud and honored to offer a nurturing sacred space of connection without judgement and space for us to reclaim our stories and our wisdom.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Hi I am Krystal and welcome to Journey Within. I was divinely inspired to create this healing space during my journey through the corporate business world and then transitioning into motherhood where I learnt that the birth of a mother is just as important and significant in her transformation as the birth itself. Honoring this rite of passage, being supported by our village/community and nurturing ourselves through this growth and change is an important ritual that has unfortunately been forgotten throughout our human history.
During the difficult times in my life I have leaned into my spirituality, self care practices and my connection to self to help me grow through challenging times. Through this connection I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves when provided a safe space to drop into our authentic self and honor our true feelings. I feel privileged and honored to bring my skills and training in meditation, women's gatherings and energy work to our community.

ABOUT OUR MAGICAL SPACE
Our magical Bell Tent, dedicated to the gathering of women to heal in sacred space is located in the quaint village of Tallong, NSW. Sitting on a three acre parcel of land surrounded by native Australian bush, you will feel miles away from anywhere as you drift into a meditative state to the sound of birds song. With a wood burning stove to keep you toasty warm throughout the winter months and plenty of ventilation to keep you cool through the warmer months.
Our Bell Tent is 7m in diameter with 38m2 of floorspace, comfortably accomodating over 20 women on yoga mats. However, our gatherings and events are caped at 15 women to ensure an intimate experience for all of our beautiful guests.
