Our Intention
Our Intention is to recharge your heart, bring clarity and enthusiasm into your day to day so that you can be fully present to follow your dreams and goals in alignment with your souls purpose.

Using thoughtfully selected modalities we will provide a safe container for healing, guiding you on a journey to calm your nervous system, dropping you into your heart space, allowing you to step into complete relaxation of your mind, body and soul.

Modalities you will Experience
We will commence our time together with an opening ritual, breathwork sequence and heart warming Cacao Ceremony. We will then move into a guided meditation infused with reiki healing energy. Followed by an hour of creative expression through a craft activity designed to ground you into the earthly energies of the divine feminine. We will then shake off any stagnant energies with an ecstatic dance sequence.
Later, we will embark on a guided drum journey providing an opportunity to commune with your inner goddess. We will then participate in a connection filled sharing circle, where sharing is optional. A group oracle reading, bringing through messages for the group immersion. Our day will culminate with a beautiful crystal bowl sound healing experience and a closing ritual to acknowledge and show gratitude for our time together.

What a beautiful retreat! Krystal and Saskia were so welcoming and made me feel at peace as soon as I walked through the door. From the welcome hug to the "see you again" hug at the end of the day, everything in between was a mix of peace, fun, relaxation and so much more. The venue (so gorgeously decorated), the yummy food and the company were all so lovely. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to attend and whenever I reflect on the day, a feeling of contentment envelopes me like a big hug. Many thanks and see you at your next retreat.
